Sleep: My Biggest Enemy
It's actually so embarassing to still struggle with sleep at my grown age. Instead of it getting better like I predicted at the start of 2025, it obviously got worse 🥲. It's hard to admit that I borderline have migraines now, so 2026 I neeeed to get it together. Gone are the days I used to sleep only three hours a night, then crash a day out of the week. I can barely pull all nighters lately without wanting to bang my head against the wall 😩.
